    Yes, you can ask for destinations that are not listed. We will confirm whether we can serve them.

    How is the final price determined?

    The price depends on factors such as locations, distance, passengers, vehicle type, date and time, and waiting time or return journeys. We will confirm the price after reviewing your request.

    How does payment work?

    Payment is made in cash when you board the vehicle. The final price is confirmed with you in advance, after we review your request.

    1. General provisions

    This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for collecting, using, storing and protecting the personal data of users of the AdriaRide website (the “Website”).

    AdriaRide prepares and accepts requests for organising trips and transport services in Croatia.

    When processing personal data we are guided by the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.

    This Policy explains what data we receive, what we use it for, to whom it may be transferred and what rights users have.

    2. Personal data controller

    The personal data controller is the person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

    The Website is operated, and the personal data controller is, AdriaRide obrt, a sole trader registered in the Republic of Croatia.

    3. What data we collect

    When filling in a form on the Website, the user may provide the following personal data:

    • first and last name;
    • phone number;
    • email address;
    • pickup location and destination;
    • date and time of the intended trip;
    • number of passengers;
    • an additional message or information voluntarily provided by the user.

    When leaving a review, the user may provide a name, a star rating and the text of the review. A review is published on the Website immediately and is visible to all visitors, so please do not include phone numbers, email addresses or other personal data in it. To have a review corrected or removed, write to rideadria@gmail.com.

    We process only the information necessary to consider the request, contact the user, calculate the price and organise the trip.

    Users are advised not to include, in the additional message field, excessive personal data that is not related to the request.

    4. Purposes of processing

    Personal data is used for the following purposes:

    4.1. Processing requests

    To receive and consider requests submitted through the Website form and to clarify trip details.

    4.2. Communicating with the user

    To reply to the request and to clarify the route, date, time and number of passengers.

    4.3. Price calculation and preparing an offer

    To determine the terms and preliminary price of a trip based on the information provided.

    4.4. Organising and carrying out the trip

    If the user accepts the offer and orders the service, the data is used to confirm the order, agree on details and perform contractual obligations.

    4.5. Request administration

    To process requests and keep necessary records using email and a protected Google Sheets spreadsheet controlled by AdriaRide.

    We do not use personal data to sell databases or for promotional mailings unrelated to the request.

    5. Legal bases for processing

    Personal data is processed where there is an appropriate legal basis under Article 6 of the GDPR.

    Depending on the situation, these bases may be:

    • Performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where processing is necessary to respond to the user’s request, prepare an offer or fulfil an order.
    • Compliance with legal obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, where the storage or provision of certain information is required by law.
    • Legitimate interest — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, where processing is necessary to protect the Website, keep records of requests or consider justified claims, and does not override the interests, rights and freedoms of the user.

    The legal basis is determined taking into account the specific purpose of processing. We do not treat filling in a form or reading this Policy as universal consent to any processing of data.

    6. To whom data may be transferred

    We do not sell users’ personal data.

    For the operation of the Website and the processing of requests, data may be processed by technical service providers, in particular:

    • providers of hosting and technical maintenance of the Website;
    • email providers;
    • Google (Google Sheets and Gmail services), which stores the request spreadsheet and email;
    • other technical providers, if their services are necessary for the service to function.

    Under the current operating model, AdriaRide does not plan to transfer data to drivers or third-party transport partners.

    If in the future fulfilling an order requires engaging another carrier or passing a passenger’s data to them, such a transfer will take place only where there is an appropriate legal basis and in compliance with data protection law.

    We may also disclose data to government authorities where this is required by applicable law.

    7. Email and request spreadsheet

    Requests submitted through the Website are saved in a protected Google Sheets spreadsheet, after which a notification is sent to the AdriaRide email address. Requests may also be exported from the spreadsheet to a file for processing.

    Access to the spreadsheet, email and exported files is limited to persons who need this information to work with them.

    Depending on the providers used, Google may store data on servers in different countries and engage subcontractors under its own terms. The data processing terms of the services used should be reviewed before launch.

    8. Data retention periods

    Personal data is stored only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, taking into account mandatory legal requirements.

    Retention periods:

    • Requests for which no trip is ordered or confirmed: one month from receipt, after which they are deleted from the request spreadsheet, and the related email notifications are deleted by AdriaRide manually within the same period;
    • Confirmed orders: for the period necessary to fulfil the order and for the period required by tax, accounting or other legal requirements;
    • Technical copies (for example, the version history of the spreadsheet and the email trash): kept by Google for a limited time under its own rules.

    After the set period expires, data is deleted or anonymised unless there is a lawful basis for further storage. Where a user asks for deletion earlier (see section 12), we will consider the request without undue delay.

    9. Cookies and analytics tools

    According to the information provided, AdriaRide does not use analytics or advertising tools.

    However, the actual configuration of the Website must be checked, including cookies, embedded maps, third-party widgets and other technologies that may transfer data to third parties.

    If only strictly necessary cookies are used that do not require prior consent under applicable law, they may be used to ensure the Website works and to save necessary settings.

    If analytics or advertising tools, or other technologies requiring consent, are connected in the future, the relevant consent must be requested before processing begins, where the law so requires.

    This section must correspond to the actual settings of the Website.

    10. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

    Because Google services are used to store requests and send email, personal data may be processed on Google servers located outside the European Economic Area.

    Any such transfer is carried out in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR, relying on the transfer mechanisms and safeguards provided by Google, such as standard contractual clauses.

    11. Protection of personal data

    AdriaRide takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction.

    Depending on the infrastructure used, such measures may include:

    • restricting access to the spreadsheet and email to the AdriaRide account;
    • using strong passwords and multi-factor authentication where available;
    • updating software;
    • using secure connections;
    • controlling access to requests, exported files and backups.

    Specific protection measures must correspond to the actual technical infrastructure of the Website. Absolute security of data transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed.

    12. User rights

    Under the GDPR, users have the right, subject to the conditions provided by law, to:

    1. Request confirmation of whether their personal data is being processed and obtain access to it.
    2. Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
    3. Request erasure of data where the grounds provided by law apply.
    4. Request restriction of processing in the cases set out in the GDPR.
    5. Receive the data they have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller, where the right to data portability applies.
    6. Object to processing based on legitimate interest, on the grounds provided by law.
    7. Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
    8. Lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

    To exercise their rights, users may send a request to rideadria@gmail.com.

    A response is provided without undue delay, as a rule within one month of receiving the request. In cases provided for by the GDPR, this period may be extended by a further two months, with the user notified of the reasons for the delay.

    To protect personal data, we may request additional information necessary to confirm the identity of the applicant if there are reasonable doubts about their identity.

    13. Supervisory authority

    Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the law.

    14. Automated decision-making

    AdriaRide does not state that it uses automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects for users or similarly significantly affects them.

    If such processes are introduced, information about them will be provided in accordance with the applicable requirements of the GDPR.

    The Website may contain links to external websites or services. After following such a link, personal data is processed in accordance with the rules of the relevant third-party provider.

    We recommend reading the external resource’s privacy policy before providing it with personal data.

    16. Changes to this Policy

    AdriaRide may update this Policy from time to time due to changes in legislation, Website functionality, data processing methods or the services used.

    The current version is published on the Website with the date of the last update.

    If changes require separate notification or other action under the law, such action will be taken in the prescribed manner.

    1. Общие положения

    Настоящая Политика конфиденциальности устанавливает правила сбора, использования, хранения и защиты персональных данных пользователей сайта AdriaRide (далее — «Сайт»).

    AdriaRide готовит и принимает запросы на организацию поездок и транспортных услуг в Хорватии.

    При обработке персональных данных мы руководствуемся Общим регламентом Европейского союза по защите данных (Регламент ЕС 2016/679, далее — GDPR) и применимыми нормами законодательства Республики Хорватия.

    Настоящая Политика объясняет, какие данные мы получаем, для каких целей их используем, кому они могут передаваться и какими правами обладают пользователи.

    2. Контролёр персональных данных

    Контролёр персональных данных — лицо, определяющее цели и способы обработки персональных данных.

    Сайт ведёт, а контролёром персональных данных является AdriaRide obrt — индивидуальный предприниматель, зарегистрированный в Республике Хорватия.

    Мы обрабатываем только те сведения, которые необходимы для рассмотрения запроса, связи с пользователем, расчёта стоимости и организации поездки.

    Пользователям рекомендуется не указывать в поле дополнительного сообщения избыточные персональные данные, не относящиеся к запросу.

    4. Цели обработки персональных данных

    Персональные данные используются для следующих целей:

    4.1. Обработка заявок

    Для получения и рассмотрения запросов, поступивших через форму Сайта, а также для уточнения деталей поездки.

    4.2. Связь с пользователем

    Для ответа на запрос, уточнения маршрута, даты, времени и количества пассажиров.

    4.3. Расчёт стоимости и подготовка предложения

    Для определения условий и предварительной стоимости поездки на основании предоставленных сведений.

    4.4. Организация и выполнение поездки

    Если пользователь принимает предложение и заказывает услугу, данные используются для подтверждения заказа, согласования деталей и исполнения договорных обязательств.

    4.5. Администрирование заявок

    Для обработки заявок и ведения необходимого учёта с использованием электронной почты и защищённой таблицы Google Sheets, доступ к которой контролирует AdriaRide.

    Мы не используем персональные данные для продажи баз данных или не связанных с запросом рекламных рассылок.

    5. Правовые основания обработки

    Обработка персональных данных осуществляется при наличии соответствующего правового основания согласно статье 6 GDPR.

    В зависимости от ситуации такими основаниями могут быть:

    • Исполнение договора или действия до заключения договора — статья 6(1)(b) GDPR, когда обработка необходима для ответа на запрос пользователя, подготовки предложения или исполнения заказа.
    • Выполнение юридических обязанностей — статья 6(1)(c) GDPR, если хранение или предоставление определённых сведений требуется законодательством.
    • Законный интерес — статья 6(1)(f) GDPR, если обработка необходима для защиты Сайта, ведения учёта заявок или рассмотрения обоснованных претензий и при этом не нарушает преимущественные права и свободы пользователя.

    Правовое основание определяется с учётом конкретной цели обработки. Мы не рассматриваем само заполнение формы или ознакомление с настоящей Политикой как универсальное согласие на любую обработку данных.

    6. Кому могут передаваться данные

    Мы не продаём персональные данные пользователей.

    Для работы Сайта и обработки заявок данные могут обрабатываться поставщиками технических услуг, в частности:

    • поставщиками хостинга и технического обслуживания Сайта;
    • поставщиками электронной почты;
    • Google (сервисы Google Sheets и Gmail), на которых хранятся таблица заявок и электронная почта;
    • иными техническими поставщиками, если их услуги необходимы для функционирования сервиса.

    В рамках текущей модели работы AdriaRide не планирует передавать данные водителям или сторонним транспортным партнёрам.

    Если в будущем для выполнения заказа потребуется привлечение другого перевозчика или передача ему данных пассажира, такая передача будет осуществляться только при наличии надлежащего правового основания и с соблюдением требований законодательства о защите данных.

    Мы также можем раскрыть данные государственным органам, если это требуется применимым законодательством.

    7. Электронная почта и таблица заявок

    Заявки, отправленные через Сайт, сохраняются в защищённой таблице Google Sheets, после чего на электронную почту AdriaRide отправляется уведомление. Заявки также могут выгружаться из таблицы в файл для обработки.

    Доступ к таблице, почте и выгруженным файлам ограничен лицами, которым эти сведения необходимы для работы с запросами.

    В зависимости от используемых поставщиков Google может хранить данные на серверах в разных странах и привлекать субподрядчиков на условиях собственных документов. Перед запуском следует ознакомиться с условиями обработки данных используемыми сервисами.

    8. Сроки хранения данных

    Персональные данные хранятся только в течение периода, необходимого для достижения целей обработки, с учётом обязательных требований законодательства.

    Сроки хранения:

    • Заявки, по которым поездка не была заказана или подтверждена: один месяц с момента получения, после чего они удаляются из таблицы заявок, а связанные письма-уведомления удаляются AdriaRide вручную в тот же срок;
    • Подтверждённые заказы: в течение срока, необходимого для выполнения заказа, и срока, установленного налоговыми, бухгалтерскими и иными требованиями законодательства;
    • Технические копии (например, история версий таблицы и корзина почты): хранятся у Google ограниченное время по её правилам.

    По истечении установленного срока данные удаляются или обезличиваются, если отсутствует законное основание для их дальнейшего хранения. Если пользователь просит удалить данные раньше (см. раздел 12), мы рассмотрим запрос без неоправданной задержки.

    9. Файлы cookie и аналитические инструменты

    Согласно предоставленной информации, AdriaRide не использует аналитические и рекламные инструменты.

    При этом необходимо проверить фактическую конфигурацию Сайта, включая файлы cookie, встроенные карты, сторонние виджеты и иные технологии, которые могут передавать данные третьим лицам.

    Если используются только технически необходимые файлы cookie, не требующие предварительного согласия согласно применимому законодательству, они могут применяться для обеспечения работы Сайта и сохранения необходимых настроек.

    Если в будущем будут подключены аналитические или рекламные инструменты либо иные технологии, требующие согласия, соответствующее согласие должно запрашиваться до начала обработки, когда этого требует закон.

    Настоящий раздел должен соответствовать реальным настройкам Сайта.

    10. Передача данных за пределы Европейской экономической зоны

    Поскольку для хранения заявок и отправки почты используются сервисы Google, персональные данные могут обрабатываться на серверах Google, расположенных за пределами Европейской экономической зоны.

    Такая передача осуществляется в соответствии с главой V GDPR на основе механизмов и гарантий, предоставляемых Google, например стандартных договорных условий.

    11. Защита персональных данных

    AdriaRide принимает соответствующие технические и организационные меры для защиты персональных данных от несанкционированного доступа, изменения, раскрытия, утраты или уничтожения.

    К таким мерам, в зависимости от используемой инфраструктуры, могут относиться:

    • ограничение доступа к таблице и электронной почте учётной записью AdriaRide;
    • использование надёжных паролей и многофакторной аутентификации, если она доступна;
    • обновление программного обеспечения;
    • применение защищённых соединений;
    • контроль доступа к заявкам, выгруженным файлам и резервным копиям.

    Конкретные меры защиты должны соответствовать реальной технической инфраструктуре Сайта. Абсолютную безопасность передачи и хранения данных гарантировать невозможно.

    12. Права пользователей

    В соответствии с GDPR пользователи вправе, при соблюдении предусмотренных законом условий:

    1. Запрашивать подтверждение обработки своих персональных данных и получать доступ к ним.
    2. Требовать исправления неточных или неполных данных.
    3. Требовать удаления данных, если для этого имеются предусмотренные законом основания.
    4. Требовать ограничения обработки в случаях, установленных GDPR.
    5. Получать предоставленные данные в структурированном, широко используемом и машиночитаемом формате и передавать их другому контролёру, если применимо право на переносимость.
    6. Возражать против обработки, основанной на законном интересе, по основаниям, предусмотренным законом.
    7. Отзывать согласие в любое время, если обработка основывается на согласии. Отзыв не влияет на законность обработки до его осуществления.
    8. Подавать жалобу в компетентный надзорный орган по защите персональных данных.

    Для реализации своих прав пользователь может направить запрос на адрес rideadria@gmail.com.

    Ответ предоставляется без неоправданной задержки, как правило, в течение одного месяца с момента получения запроса. В предусмотренных GDPR случаях срок может быть продлён ещё на два месяца с уведомлением пользователя о причинах задержки.

    Для защиты персональных данных мы вправе запросить дополнительную информацию, необходимую для подтверждения личности заявителя, если имеются обоснованные сомнения относительно его личности.

    13. Надзорный орган

    Пользователь вправе подать жалобу в компетентный надзорный орган, если считает, что обработка его персональных данных нарушает требования законодательства.

    14. Автоматизированное принятие решений

    AdriaRide не заявляет об использовании автоматизированного принятия решений или профилирования, которые производят юридические последствия для пользователей либо аналогичным образом существенно на них влияют.

    Если такие процессы будут внедрены, информация о них будет предоставлена в соответствии с применимыми требованиями GDPR.

    15. Ссылки на сторонние ресурсы

    Сайт может содержать ссылки на внешние сайты или сервисы. После перехода на такой ресурс обработка персональных данных осуществляется в соответствии с правилами соответствующего стороннего поставщика.

    Мы рекомендуем ознакомиться с политикой конфиденциальности внешнего ресурса до предоставления ему персональных данных.

    16. Изменения настоящей Политики

    AdriaRide может периодически обновлять настоящую Политику в связи с изменением законодательства, функциональности Сайта, способов обработки данных или используемых сервисов.

    Актуальная версия публикуется на Сайте с указанием даты последнего обновления.

    Если изменения требуют отдельного уведомления или иных действий в соответствии с законодательством, такие действия будут осуществляться в установленном порядке.
